We are a 15-year-old specialist recruitment and staffing agency with significant experience in hiring across industries. We have worked on requirements ranging from entry-level positions to mid and senior-level hiring as well as leadership hiring. No matter the position, we have supported our clients in hiring the best talent for their organisations.
PeopleLogic was founded in Bangalore in 2008. The initial team of 3 people focused on Tech hiring for Product and Startup companies. We started the IT services practice and initiated an RPO with a top 5 IT services company, which mandated us to onboard 350 candidates over 7 months.
2008 to 2010
We helped several global software product companies from across industries set up tech centres in India. 2012 was the year we started our non-tech practice. We assisted in aerospace and automotive hiring for many large players in the industry.
2011 to 2013
We were associated with most of the growth-stage startups that came out of Bangalore. We assisted several ride-hailing startups, health tech startups and B2B e-commerce startups expand their operations across India. Along with this, we started digital practice in the non-tech vertical. In 2016, we started FMCG & Retail practice in the non-tech vertical. We assisted large FMCG, Retail Luxury goods companies hire across India for corporate and factory roles (white collar).
2014 to 2016
We strengthened our RPO offerings and helped multiple clients hire top talent across Tech (Products & Services), Supply Chain, Corporate Functions, Geo Business Heads, Pan India Sales Heads, etc. We started working on requirements for overseas clients and assisted in hiring right in 2018. In 2019, we started hiring practices for GIC/GCC and partnered with a French Bank to build the tech team for their cloud transformation initiative. We also initiated engagements with several other GCCs in the e-commerce, education, and investment banking space.
2017 to 2019
While businesses were struggling during COVID, we started our Contract Staffing Vertical in 2020. We are on track to achieve our target of expanding to a 150-member team by June 2023.
2020 to 2022
